Purchases and invoices
Blk42 is a product of EdSDK company (Georgia). Purchases are processed by PayPro Global, Inc., our authorized e-commerce reseller. PayPro Global is the seller of record for the transaction: it issues the invoice you receive, and it charges and remits any VAT or sales tax due in your country. The address printed on that invoice is theirs — 225 The East Mall, Suite 1117, Toronto, ON, M9B 0A9, Canada — and the applicable tax is always shown at the last checkout step, before you pay.

What you may do with the product
Blk42 is licensed per website, on a subscription. How the licenses are counted — and when a SaaS agreement is needed instead — is explained in Licensing, which also lists what the license does not allow (redistribution, copying files from our CDN, decompiling, altering the product or bypassing its licensing checks).
Privacy
As a data controller we store and process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, EU law). We collect only the minimum needed to provide the service, and store it with GDPR-compliant data processors, with sensitive data encrypted.
This website asks for personal information when you register for the service or complete a purchase — typically your name, e-mail address and billing details. We never receive or store card data: payments are handled by the authorized payment gateways of our reseller.
We use this data to provide and administer the service, to support you, and to keep you informed about things related to your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to third parties without your consent, except where we are legally required to, or to the partners and agents that operate parts of the service on our behalf.
This website uses cookies only to keep you signed in to the Dashboard. We do not track you before you log in.
